Applications for Prescription

At its meeting of 2 October 2020, the Board decided that the following new qualifications should be prescribed:

  • University for the Creative Arts

Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Practice in Architecture (one year, part-time) – (Part 3)             

Grant prescription for the period 2 October 2020 until 30 September 2024 

  • Oxford Brookes University

Master of Architectural Design in Applied Design in Architecture (Degree Apprenticeship) (three years, part-time apprenticeship) – (Part 2) 

Grant prescription for the apprenticeship mode of delivery for the period 2 October 2020 – 30 September 2022 

Applications for the renewal of Prescription 

At its meeting of 2 October 2020, the Board decided that prescription of the following qualification should be renewed:

  • University of Greenwich
    Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Architecture (3 years, full-time) – (Part 1)

Master of Architecture Part 2 (2 years, full-time) – (Part 2)

Post Graduate Diploma in Architectural Practice (12 months, part-time) – (Part 3)

Renew prescription for the period 1 October 2020 – 30 September 2023

At its meeting of 20 November 2020, the Board decided that prescription of the following qualification should be renewed:

  • BA North West Region
    RIBA Advanced Diploma in Professional Practice in Architecture (Part 3) (12 months; part-time) Part 3

Renew prescription for the period 1 April 2021 – 31 March 2025

  • London School of Architecture (awarded by London Metropolitan University)

Professional Diploma in Designing Architecture (two years, full-time) Part 2

Master of Architecture in Designing Architecture (two years, full-time) Part 2 (New title)

Renew prescription for the period 1 April 2021 – 31 March 2026

  • University of Kent

Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Architecture (three years, full-time) Part 1

Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Architecture with a Year in Computing (four years, full-time) Part 1

Master of Architecture (two years, full-time) Part 2

Renew prescription for the period 1 April 2021 – 1 October 2025
